We love, love, love custom orders, it really gets our creative juices flowing. We will work 1 on 1 with you to create a stunning stationery suite. Anything is possible. Our custom one time design fees (not the caffeine kind) are as follows:
invitation – $85 | save the date – $60 | rsvp – $45 | reception – $45
thank you – $40 | menu – $40 | maps – $40 | program – $40 | escort card – $30
I found the color that I want but it’s not on your website. What should I do?
What you see on your monitor is not necessarily going to be the same output from our press. This is because of calibration and screen resolution differences. If you like the color printed from your home printer or a color swatch from a paint shop, please mail it to us and we’ll try our best to find the closest CMYK color. You can also visit your local bookstore and look at the following 2 books for color/combination ideas. We have the same books, so, we’ll be looking at the same thing.
1. Color Index by Jim Krause
2. Color Index 2 by Jim Krause
What type of printing method do you use?
In case you are interested in the technical blah! We use digital offset printing press that deliver high resolution and crisp output. An intermediate rubber-coated cylinder known as a “blanket” is used to transfer the image onto the paper. Instead of transferring the image from a metallic drum onto paper as is done with most digital printers, the image is “offset” onto the blanket and then to paper. The blanket creates a smoother image on most types of paper and can print on rough or heavy stock. This process offers the quality of traditional offset printing, but capitalizes on the efficiency of a digital workflow. This means you get the best print quality at lower pricing. And we love passing on our savings to you.
What paper types are used for the stationery?
All of our stationery is printed on white or ecru Neenah papers. Most cards are printed on 110 lb. card stock, but some products – columns, felt, laid and linen – are printed on 80 lb. paper. We use matching Neenah 80 lb. text premium envelopes. We also have a wide variety of metallic and chroma envelopes in many different sizes. Nothing is set in stone; we will work with you to find the perfect color, texture and size.
Have any other questions we haven’t answered?
